Panda Flex is for those jobs that crop up when you need them. Book support by the hour, with a minimum of 1 hour, and use the time for whatever needs sorting.
Perfect for a one-off task, a particularly busy week or those jobs that have been sitting on your list for far too long.

Sometimes you don’t need another employee. You just need someone who knows your business, understands how you work and can get on with things.
As your Panda Partner, I can provide regular support across the areas where you need it most – whether that’s keeping on top of the admin, managing your content, sorting your systems or helping keep everything organised.
Support could include:

Regular hours can be arranged to suit you, with retainers available.

If you’ve got a project that needs planning, organising and actually getting over the line, I can take ownership of the work and manage it through to completion.
That might be:

No. Panda Flex can be booked from one hour.
Panda Flex is for occasional or one-off support. Panda Partner is for businesses that want regular ongoing support.
This is down to the needs of the business. Just tell me what needs doing and let me know. The only caveat there is sometimes you might find the need me to create a whole new direction and it may need a strategy session. I sometimes advise a one off strategy session in addition to or as a top up to the standard hours. Everything is agreed in advance with the client in advance of any additional add ons.
Yes. Projects can be scoped separately and are priced from £500 depending on what’s involved.
Yes. Panda works remotely with clients across the UK.

This again is dependant on the requirement and the complexity. I always try and accommodate clients wherever possible. If you have a deadline to meet, I will always try and help you meet it.
Some businesses support packages require multiple hours but some may only need 1hr a week per month as a Panda Partner. Some just require ad-hoc help. Some just need to learn a process so they can feel confident in what they are doing. That is why I introduced Panda Flex, so it fits around you and your business when you need it most.

Wherever possible I try to work within the guidelines and locations of the business – SharePoint etc. If anything is downloaded or saved I will always try and ensure a secure environment, or in some cases, create a secure environment for clients utilising Google Drive or similar. Once I have completed a role or project with a client, I save data for 7 days just in case there are any queries or issues and then I delete everything at my end – from files to passwords.
In some cases I will be given access to or have an account of my own created to work on. I work with smaller clients using email or secure links to ensure data is secured. I may require logins to sites if I am creating mailouts for example, but once the project or role is completed I destroy all the passwords etc at my end. If needs be I can ask you to share your screen on a Teams/Zoom call if I need clarification or if you need assistance but I have never needed to access anyone’s PC directly as Panda VA.
I work Monday to Friday so I can spend quality time with my family at the weekend, but if you have a project or something that requires weekend work, let’s have a chat and I can see whether I can accommodate your request. Sometimes projects require an onsite presence and although I work remotely, I will try and accommodate the needs of the client whereever I can.
